Hot & Warm Water and Heat Pump Systems
Hot and warm water is where we are deepest. We design, install and maintain the plant that keeps hospitals, aged care facilities, hotels and apartment buildings supplied, and we specialise in the commercial-grade heat pump systems that move those buildings off gas without losing capacity or recovery rate. The same expertise extends to aquatic centres and pool electrification.

Digital Engineering (BIM & CAD)
Every project is modelled before it is built. Our in-house team delivers both 2D drafting and full 3D design in Revit, resolving conflicts between hydraulic, mechanical, electrical and structural services on screen rather than on site, where a clash costs program time and money.

Automation, Controls & PLC Engineering
We write and commission our own control systems. An in-house PLC programmer, working within our engineering team, delivers the automation, PLC and HMI layer without subcontracting it out — and integrates into the building management system a client already operates, rather than leaving them a second system to run alongside it.

Project Management, Documentation & Delivery
A dedicated project team of PRINCE2-certified project managers works alongside our engineers on every project we deliver. That means documented stages, controlled change and reporting a client can rely on — and documentation that stands up years later, when the facilities manager rather than the builder is the one reading it.

Prefabrication & Modularisation
