Code of Conduct
Last updated: 23 June 2026
This Code of Conduct sets out the standards of behaviour expected of all directors, employees, apprentices, contractors and others who work for or on behalf of Goldman Plumbing Services (ABN [ABN to be added]). It works alongside our Ethics Policy.
Who this applies to
This Code applies to everyone who represents Goldman Plumbing — on our sites, at client premises, and in any dealings carried out on our behalf.
Safety first
We put the safety of our people, clients and the public above all else. We follow safe work practices, wear the required protective equipment, and stop work if a task is unsafe until it can be done safely.
Act with integrity
We are honest and accountable in everything we do. We keep our commitments, give accurate information, and never engage in dishonest, fraudulent or corrupt conduct.
Treat people with respect
We treat colleagues, clients, suppliers and the public with courtesy and fairness. We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment, bullying or violence of any kind, and we support an inclusive workplace.
Comply with the law and standards
We follow all applicable laws, licensing requirements, Australian plumbing and building standards, and our clients' reasonable site rules.
Protect confidential information and property
We respect confidential and personal information and use it only for legitimate work purposes. We take care of company, client and site property and use it responsibly.
Avoid conflicts of interest
We avoid situations where personal interests could conflict with our duties to Goldman Plumbing or our clients, and we disclose any potential conflict so it can be managed.
Use of alcohol and drugs
We do not work while affected by alcohol or drugs. Everyone is expected to be fit for work to keep our sites safe.
Raising and handling concerns
If you see behaviour that may breach this Code or the law, raise it with management. Concerns are handled confidentially, and we do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a genuine concern. Breaches of this Code may lead to disciplinary action.
