Human Rights & Modern Slavery

Last updated: 23 June 2026

Goldman Plumbing Services (ABN [ABN to be added]) respects human rights and is committed to acting against modern slavery in all its forms — including forced labour, child labour, debt bondage and human trafficking — within our operations and supply chains.

This statement reflects the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth). [Note: confirm whether Goldman is required to lodge a formal Modern Slavery Statement based on annual consolidated revenue; this page can serve as a voluntary commitment regardless.]

Our commitment

We are committed to conducting our business ethically and to upholding the dignity and rights of our workers, the people in our supply chain, and the communities in which we operate.

Our operations and supply chain

We are an Australian commercial, industrial and healthcare plumbing contractor. Our supply chain includes plumbing materials, equipment, plant, subcontracted trades and general business services. We recognise that modern slavery risks can exist in some materials and labour supply chains.

How we manage risk

We take reasonable steps to identify and reduce modern slavery risks, including:

  • Expecting our suppliers and subcontractors to comply with applicable labour, workplace and human rights laws
  • Favouring reputable suppliers and, where practical, sourcing from established Australian suppliers
  • Ensuring our own people are engaged lawfully, paid correctly and work in safe conditions
  • Raising awareness among our team of modern slavery risks and how to report concerns
  • Reviewing our approach over time and improving it as our understanding develops

Supplier expectations

We expect suppliers and subcontractors to treat their workers lawfully and fairly, to not use any form of forced or child labour, and to address modern slavery risks within their own supply chains. We may seek assurances or make enquiries where appropriate.

Reporting concerns

If you believe modern slavery may be occurring in connection with our operations or supply chain, please contact us using the details below. We treat all reports seriously and confidentially.

Continuous improvement

We will continue to review and strengthen our approach to human rights and modern slavery, and update this statement from time to time.
